 3-5 page self-reflection paper • Reflect upon your own learning as an adult using the andragogy model • Use the andragogy model assumptions presented in chapter 3 as the foundation to reflect upon your own learning as an adult (use Figure 1-1 the inner circle on page 6) • Look at the assumptions and theory of andragogy – reflect on how they have applied to you as an adult learner • APA formatting is expected/required
