Consider the planning requirements that are driven by the forecast.

1. Identify a nontraditional forecasting problem (e.g. forecasting disaster relief for hurricane victims; forecasting weather changes; forecasting demand for the Olympic games; forecasting crime; etc.).
2. Identify at least three supply chain planning requirements for the scenario you have identified that depend on the forecast.
3. Explain how the decision would differ based on different forecasts.
