rewrite note

attached is my professor feedback. Her handwriting is very hard to read. I need you to rewrite her note without change meaning. 

Copy her feedback exactly as she wrote.

There are 3 separate documents, page 1, page 2, page 3, each of which have two pages (a total of 6 pages).  They were scanned upside down, so I hope you can rotate them
