Managing more than $20 million in government equipment is a strong example because it gives the employer a measurable idea of your level of responsibility. One suggestion I would make is to translate some of the military-specific terminology into civilian-friendly language. Although those terms may be familiar to those of us with a military background, a civilian employer may not immediately understand them. I did not see a cover letter included with your post, so I was unable to review how well it addresses the qualifications from the job announcement. I would be interested to see how you connect your military experience and accomplishments directly to the employer’s needs in your cover letter.

There is a lot of useful information, but some details could possibly be shortened or combined where similar responsibilities are repeated. This could make the resume more concise and allow your strongest accomplishments to stand out even more.

Since the cover letter was not included, I could not evaluate the use of the “you” approach. When adding it, I think focusing on how your logistics and leadership experience can benefit the employer would help keep the letter centered on the employer’s needs.

Correctness

Your bullet points are consistent in beginning with strong action verbs, which helps create parallelism and makes your experience easy to follow. I did not notice any major spelling or grammar issues. I would recommend doing one final review for consistency in punctuation, capitalization, verb tense, and military abbreviations before submitting the final version.

I think the organization of your resume works well for your experience. Placing your professional summary and qualifications near the beginning allows an employer to quickly identify your strongest skills before reading through your work history. Your military experience also relates directly to logistics and supply management, so keeping that experience prominent makes sense.

I could not evaluate whether your cover letter follows the AIDA approach because it was not included.
