Read the case " Companies Use Tracking Devices to Help Make Decision" in Chapter 7.  

Respond to the following questions.

1. What are the ethical implications of using tracking devices to track people's movements without their consent, as stated in the case ?

2. Thinking about your response to the first part of the question and taking into consideration the information provided in section 7.2 of Chapter 7, with special attention to figure 7.3.  Now, consider the Covid 19 Pandemic, would you recommend using tracking devices to monitor movement of citizens in order to make public health decisions?
