  Paper will be an annotated bibliography, explicitly focusing on implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Choose a "theme" (i.e., ERM in Healthcare, Financial sector, Technology, higher education, manufacturing., etc.) and make sure that all your resource relates to your theme.
