Watch this video (http://www.pbs.org/video/frontline-prison-state/) develop a research paper on three (3) positive and three (3) negative aspects of the correctional system along with any viable recommendations for change.

Focus Papers should be three (3) pages long in addition to a Title Page and Reference page. They must also include at least five (5) or more References/sources.
