Research content management

The project Research Content Management consists of a sign up and sign in page. Once sign in is done it has to direct to a page where author can upload his research papers. While uploading a research paper, it should ask what topic, technology ,and year is used.After adding some count of papers, he can access to any research paper using some searching operations like typing any keyword, year, or any topic. The paper has to be in pdf format and it should allow to highlight any keyword in it. Author can also add the comments for particular paper in comment section, so add a comment section in it.
