Report

1.      You have to investigate and analyse the leaders of the organization and their leadership.

2.      You have to analyse the organizational chart. 

3.      What policies would you design for your institution to retain talent? This refers to the talent on & off the pitch!

These are some additional requirements:

·        An explanatory document submitted in PDF and executed in Word is expected. 

·        In this report you should elaborate the former 3 items. Don't forget to highlight the main ideas.

·        Do not take lightly the overall structure of your paper (front page, index, page numbers, etc..)
