Reflection

Read the two articles and reflect on what you have read. Include both personal and professional take-aways from your reading rather than a summary of the chapters. 

Example ideas for this post:

-These chapters make a case for the impact of feedback.

-How does each author approach the notion of feedback (theories, strategies, research, data)?

-Does one author’s ideas/strategies resonate with you more than the other? If so, explain how and why.
