reading response

I want an easy reading response with only one page to two pages maximum . I will drop the article and instructions.  

30% summary with two main ideas

70% response including your opinions 

high school level 

the first sentence must be like this in the summary, 

In the article, " Is google making us stupid?", by Nicholas Carr from College Writing Skill with Reading, the author explains how the internet affects how we read and think.

followed by two main ideas from the article and second paragraph is the response
