Readiness for Change

Using Table 4.1 in your Organizational Change: An Action-Oriented Toolkit text, you will assess your organization's overall readiness for change, and respond to the following:

• Report the readiness score for your organization.
• Select one of the five alternative approaches for heightening awareness of the need for change. This should be an optimal approach for a change challenge that your organization is facing and provide your rationale for that choice.
