R program

This is the preliminary analysis for oral cancer cases. Cases are histologically  confirmed oral cancer cases.  Controls are hospital visitors. I have to do frequency matching (+/- 5 years).

At this time, general demographic information is needed. I would be looking the risk factors in cases with comparison to controls. Main risk factor is a) Tobacco b) Smokeless Tobacco c) Alcohol. I may need to further categorize it. Lastly I will look the synergistic effect of these three risk factors in oral cancer causation. 


As this is a rough estimation, would you please run R program. We will work in the coming weeks with large data.
