Most Americans have long held the idea that privacy rights exist in the Constitution, when in reality the word is never used in it.

Explain how Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn have resulted in the development of new laws and legal precedent resulting from privacy concerns.  Since use of social media sites are voluntary among users, should there even be a legislative response in protecting one's privacy?
