In what ways can culture impact how a group functions? Give an example of cultural difference you have experienced in a group setting? How did those differences impact the communication among the group?

What qualities do you look for in a leader? Is it easier or more difficult to have a peer (or a friend!) designated as the leader of a group?

Why do you think many colleges and universities require a public speaking course as part of general education? How will you use the skills you have learned in public speaking class in your life (education, professional, personal, etc.)?
