For this assignment, examine the relationships and roles of state agencies and the federal agencies regarding the use of information and information technology. In a paper in which you examine information sharing between agencies, explore information sharing and technology utilization between one or more federal agencies and the corresponding state or local agencies. Be sure to include a full discussion of the following:

• Determine how technology has aided or hindered this sharing of information.
• Identify lessons that might be shared with other agencies in need of sharing information.
• Provide detailed examples of information sharing between agencies.
