i attached instruction and my rough draft down below. 

Please remember, though, that the majority of the paper should focus on the actual theory you are using, in this case, psychodynamic theory by Freud.  You want to thoroughly describe and discuss the basic concepts and principles of the theory.  Then apply the theory to key events, explaining these key events to Tubman's development.
