Write a 3-4 page (single-spaced) proposal on ONE of the following topics:

1. Improving reading habits in elementary school children

2. Students connecting to the community through service

3. Helping the homeless in your neighborhood

Your proposal must contain the following:

The Mission Statement
The Goal/Purpose
Listed Action Items
Budget
How your propose to get the community involved
How will you assess the success after one year

In your proposal, present possible solutions/ideas for ONE of the above topics.
