Construction companies often hire a diverse workforce in terms of job site labor. What does OSHA say about safety issues if not every laborer can speak fluent English? Can applicants who do not speak or understand English work a construction job? What responsibilities do employers have to provide opportunities to applicants who cannot speak English?
