Processing of making Crazed cookies Eggs – 1 egg Bu7er – 30 GRAMS Almonds – 85 grams Sugar 66 grams Cranberries 80 grams Baking powder 7 grams Almond’s milk – 90 grams Almond flour 300 grams Mix the dry ingredients and liquid ingredient separately Mix them together and blend well. Once the dough is ready we put them on baking trays. We shape them equally.
We use the INDUSTRIAL oven to bake this cookies 350 degree F 16 minutes Store at room temperature Describe the shape size color and texture as well.
