Support your analysis with description and assessment of at least one historical incidence of bioterrorism or crimes involving the same methods that would be utilized in bioterrorist attacks. This event could have occurred any time in the past 30 years and may relate to international or domestic security. As an alternative to description and assessment of individual incidents, you may describe and assess multiple events that you believe point to a pattern of biosecurity threats. If choosing this option, be sure to provide enough evidence to demonstrate the basis for your conclusion that there is a pattern to this threat.
