PR writing assignment

i uploaded two files one is the the paper that need to be revised and the second is the assignment and the instructions. so you can know what is the paper about and what you need to do. the paper needs to be inverted pyramid style it is what journalist use. i need the paper in 8 hours !!! i already wrote the paper i just needed to be revised and fix grammar error or check if i did something wrong and fix it.
