Background – Pick a company among your teammates that you will use for the assignment.  This company is establishing a PMO that your team of consultants will lead the initiating and sustainment of the PMO.  Your team is to develop a training strategy to address the competency of your project management team. Pick a leader of your team to coordinate this assignment.  

The team will consider the following elements of a training program using the reading assignments as a guide:

• Create a career path for your project, program, and portfolio managers
• Identify the training courses to meet the training needs
• How will the people be trained – online, in person, etc?
