Read the paragraph and chart below from the United Nations about Sustainable Development goals (SDGs). Then, drawing from our readings for this week, explain why intercultural communication and understanding is crucial for implementing and achieving these SDGs. In what ways might your own intercultural development impact these goals?

At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership.
