Political Science- Civil Rights Act 1964

 There was a lot spoken about in this week's lecture, but the main idea was the final fulfillment of the promise of civil rights in America. In keeping with that theme, I want you to use the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as a blueprint and I want you to right a short piece of legislation that would give civil rights to a group/people who today do not have their civil right fully protected by legislation. The initial post is due Wednesday (10/25), with the response posts due on Sunday (10/29). Remember that each discussion post should be 300 words, and that each discussion response should be 150 words, a piece.
