"Identifying Misleading Information in an Argument"

Find an online article (news, magazine, journal, etc.) on any subject that interests you that uses statistics to support its conclusion. Share a link in this thread.

Now respond on these four points:

• Identify the premise and the conclusion of the statistical argument you found.
• Does the argument use any deceptive statistics?
• Did the argument persuade you? Explain why or why not.
• What are the primary ways in which statistics or authority are used in your current position to develop persuasive arguments? Please provide examples.
