Organization to use: Baptist Health of South Florida.

Submit Phase 2 (Goals/Objectives, Markets served and Sources of Income, Competition) of your strategic plan. I will provide you with feedback on your submission. Must submit all sections for full credit.  

Sample Short Term Objectives (12 Months):

• Maintenance of generator by 3/10/20
• Converting an unused room to a game room by 11/30/2020

Sample Long-Term Objectives (36 months)

• Remove the centralized nurses’ station in each of the 5 wings by 6/30/2021
• Adding two home office desks to the five wings by 7/14/2021
• Install 125 medicine cabinets, one in each room by 8/25/2021
• Sell 20 nursing carts by 9/25/2021
• Increase their number of sports medicine orthopedic residents by 20% by 11/30/2021

What do all of these OBJECTIVES have?  What or Who, target date for completion and how many or increase/decrease.  This will make it measurable.
