Think about all the attributes that a medical assistant should strive to develop: initiative, empathy, accountability, competency, desire to learn, proper grooming, dependability, flexibility, and ethical behavior. Choose any three, and explain in your own words why you believe these qualities are vital for someone who chooses to work as a medical assistant.
