Outline of the project: Chlamydia among African Americans women ages 20-24

The outline should have  summary statements  addressing the following:

· Introduction/Executive Summary

· Description of the public health issue

· Identification and discussion of proposed solution(s)

· Communication strategy

· Implementation of proposed solution in local community

Again, I don’t want you to fully address all these points, that is why I need summaries of each point. The more specifics you provide, the better it will be for your learning experience. Remember to state the competencies you are using to address each of the points above.

Please note that from this point forth in the semester, grammar will also be graded. Remember your first draft will be more complete. The outline is to help you think through how you will write the draft and you get the opportunity to get feedback on salient parts of the report before you turn in a full draft.
