The patient present to the clinic complaining of a headache that started 10 years ago but has gotten worse in the past month. Explain why it is important that the nurse practitioner DO NOT missed to ask the patient these two questions.
One missed question is whether the patient has been having headaches and the related warning symptoms prior to the headaches?
A second missed question was asking whether the patient had had any medication change, a change that could result in headaches.
