copy the template and add specific examples of my clinical rotation for 10 days listed. October 31, november 5,6,7,12,14,19,21, december 3 and 5. some specific examples i did was therapeutic communication, watch packed red blood cell get administered, do assessment, confused older patient who was getting transferred to psych for suicide ideation, confused older man abusive to nurse and his wife, follow around a charge nurse, get labs, etc. Make the examples specific. Have an average score of 4 and leave the student comment section at the bottom empty.
