· Conduct a literature review on the importance of interprofessional collaboration in healthcare settings. Identify at least five peer-reviewed articles that discuss techniques and strategies for facilitating collaboration and teamwork within interprofessional healthcare teams.
Clinic location name: Montura Health located in Clewiston, FL.
· Work with your preceptor and stakeholders at your project site to develop an action plan for promoting interprofessional collaboration in your healthcare setting. Submit this in the appendices section.
· Brainstorm strategies for fostering effective communication, enhancing team dynamics, and resolving conflicts. Submit this in the appendices section.
· Outline specific steps, responsibilities, and timelines for implementing the action plan within the healthcare setting. Submit this in the appendices section.

· Include your action plan, brainstorming, outline, and timeline in the appendices section of your literature review.
· Submit a plan describing role responsibilities for your group in the appendices section of your literature review.
· The literature review is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling.
· The literature review should be formatted per current APA and a minimum of 5 pages in length, excluding the title, abstract and references page. Incorporate a minimum of 5 current (published within last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
· Your assignment will be reviewed for plagiarism with Turnitin.
· All paragraphs must have at least 5 sentences.
