Discuss the benefits to being part of this type of organization as you are enrolled in nursing school. 

Your discussion question answer must be a substantive response to each of the required questions. A substantive response is constructive, demonstratesyour understanding of the topic, adds value to the weekly discussion, and should be a minimum of 300 words in length. Your initial post should include citations and references written in APA-7 format. Please refer to the grading rubric for the assignment for specific grading information. Your initial response to the discussion question must be posted by 11: 59 PM EST each Wednesday.

In addition to posting your answer to the discussion questions, you must post a substantive comment to at least two (2) of your classmate’s posts. This post must be made prior to the close of the week (Sunday night at 11:59 PM EST.) This comment must consist of more than, “I agree/disagree” or “You are right/wrong”. Please refer to the grading rubric for the assignment for specific grading information. Your response must be a minimum of 150 words and include citations and references in APA-7 format.
