Nonprofit effectiveness

This is a 300 word forum initial post, not an essay.  Please use references that I can access online and/or the course textbook listed below.  I need this by 1300 EST on 10 December.  

Consider accountability, effective leadership, assessment, ethics and so forth as they relate to nonprofits. Research nonprofits whose information is reported online through a site such as Guidestar.org (there are others). Select a nonprofit and evaluate the nonprofit's effectiveness using at least three assessment criteria you believe to be key to a valid assessment.

Identify the nonprofit you selected, the assessment criteria you used, and discuss your assessment of the nonprofit you selected using these criteria.
