Please write a one-page essay that applies the articles on disruptive technology and blue ocean strategy to the Netflix case.  Use those concepts to address these two questions:  Why did Blockbuster have a hard time responding effectively to the threat from Netflix, and why was Netflix so successful as an entrant into the movie rental/streaming business?
