Need help with Reflection Paper

Reflection: At the conclusion of your 16 hours, write a report/reflection, in an essay format, that describes your observations and reflections. A range of 5-7 pages (not including title and reference pages) is sufficient. 

This paper should be on thoughts related to the education profession and observations of classroom instruction.
