You will have an opportunity to relate your own coaching goals with an experienced coach you know, have been coached by, or may have read in print, so that you can extract those appealing elements of that coach's practice for your own personalized coaching approach.  Thus, this will be part 2 of your assignment.  This will help provide the relevance of someone you know personally and/or respect enough to import some of their coaching practices into your own practice as an emerging personal coach.

• Write a 1-page assignment on how you will apply the influences of another coach that is influential to you to your own practice as a personal coach. Ensure the following points are addressed:
  
  
  • Share at least two examples of appealing elements from the practices of an experienced coach you know or have been coached by that would then guide your own approaches to personal coaching.
  • Explore how these coaching techniques might need to be modified to fit your own coaching practice.
