The analysis should be 10-12 pages long in APA format. The topic is how nurses unions are impacting healthcare, more specifically hospitals. The sub headings have already been identified and good scholarly sources should be used. Each section should be approximately 1.5-2 pages in depth, excluding the abstract and conclusion.
