An event that caused me to reassess my dreams and plans is raising my children. I come from a family that never really put much emphasis on the important of going to school, getting an education, maintaining a savings account, budgeting, marriage, success, or anything else that would be essential in life honestly. I knew that I wanted more for my kids and was determined to show them different. They know my highs and my lows and how I've handled any problems in between. One thing in particular I really preach to them is resilience and never to put an age limit on goals. I wasn't ready for college at 21 but I'm more prepared and disciplined than ever at 32 . Success depends on YOU and only you.

I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease at age twelve, I started dialysis six months later. Out of school months at a time, I started to think I might not make it through school on time to graduate. Age sixteen first kidney transplant I had it through my junior year of high school, I lived a pretty normal teenage life up until my transplant failed my last year of high school. I needed the transplant removed because it gave me a blood infection, I ended up with more time out of school. Going back on dialysis and needed a surgery on my arm to put my fistula in ( its a port I do my dialysis through) I say ok let's try this in my left arm that way once I'm back in school I can write for myself and be able to do my banquet ( final). Well, they tried to set my left arm up, but the surgery didn't work. Receiving that news, it was now time for another surgery just on my right side, it was successful which was good news. Just one thing I couldn't write while it was healing up. It took a few weeks for me to be able to use that arm. I went into panic mode a little during this time, senior year was not only important for me, but busy as well. I was able to get everything done and my salon went well. Doubt was my fear, but God showed up and showed out for as always.

Thinking about what God made me. Creating me of what I am and what I can do. I do have some lack of gifts, that I didn't get from god, that other people have. I do have gifts that other people don't have that I have. But all and all we are all created by "God and the O'Mighty. The Maker  Heaven and Earth".

God is giving me greatful memories in life, and some area's. I lack on as a person that. I am greatful where I'm at, have lack on some things but god will help me get through it as individial, and create idea's in my mind and the body of christ.

God is giving a reason to live and giving other people live on. Everybody lives at a certain point. When your to be called upon God will let you know when its time to go to heaven.  Enjoy the world, and life. He gave me an  "Guarding Angel" above the sky my older sister watching from above. Helping through everything in life and helping me/family live on. I'm trying to believe in myself when I do everything..

Thinking about how I am uniquely created by God makes think about how much I have mistreated my body in the last past years. The knowledge I learned by watching the makes me want think new goals. My goals are to take better care of my body and push physical, and mentally. I want to get to new levels and keep on going. I also would like to get in a better state of mind and use all that God has created me to be. God is an a amazing person and created all of us different, some of us forget that. I thank God for how he made me and tend to us every part of my body to achieve my goals.

What matters most to me currently is that I am a positive person in the lives that I am involved with. I have spent a lot of my life not making this important. Ever since I have started with this passion I have seen such a difference in how I think and feel. My goals are to find what I am capable of. I believe we never stop learning and to know everything is impossible. Continuing to sign up to learn new things, and to take on challenges is an ongoing goal of mine. My support group consists of my friends, coworkers, and of course my classmates and instructor. I can't speak enough on how much help I have received thus far! I feel so much support and even got a round of applause from my department at work after I was enrolled. I didn't expect that type of response, but it felt wonderful.

Making informed decisions based on sound Biblical principles with pure and honest intentions is my greatest goal.  This matters most to me to allow my values and beliefs to guide my decision making process.  My hopes and aspirations are to complete my business degree, advance my career and grow spiritually.  God, Family, Cohort and Friends will all provide support during my journey in various capacities.  The Mission Statement that best describes my focus daily is, "Everyday and in every way, I am getting better and becoming more.  Kindness and mercy is my calling card in all that I do."
