 Read the poetry of Paula Gunn Allen in your textbook, pages 231-35.  For your response, write about what you notice about Paula Gunn Allen's poems.  For instance, notice the subjects about which she writes or the forms of some of her poems.  Make specific observations and add your IDEAS about your observations.  You do not need of mention everything.  You can just focus on one element, such as her subjects or her voice or tone.
