  That basically means you tell a story – but remember that essays are brief works of non-fiction.  So it has to be a real story that typically involves you. 

Also, remember that stories are best when they are interesting to the readers, and when there is some meaning or relevance behind them. And remember – it is an essay. Needs to be 4 pages.
