Monroe's motivated sequence (Visualization Step)

I have a group Project we are doing a speech using Monroe's Motivated Sequence. My part is the Visualization step. I must have a 2.5 page paper MLA style NO plagiarism. We are talking about and nonprofit organization called Communities and Schools. This organization helps students to stay in schools or gives them better options other than dropping out of high school. My paper must be over what would the worst case scenario would be if High school students dropped out and the best case scenario if they continued High school and graduated.
