Module 03 Discussion - Risk Evaluation Process

Failure can be caused by not being prepared for an unplanned event. This is caused generally, when the Project Manager did not adequately prepare a risk analysis.

• Do you have some examples from your own life or workplace when risk planning was not done? What were the consequences? Can you reduce risk to zero?
• Do you agree with the following statement?
• With proper initiation and integration, it is possible to eliminate most/all risks from a project? Why?
