Also, after watching Group 2 present, they were assigned to do the "business level" and their main focus was to concentrate on the Value Chain Analysis. So, my guess is that any group who is assigned to do the "business level" of their assigned case, must also do the Value Chain Analysis. Which, was Homework #4 on the Zara case. Value Chain Analysis covers the following:

Primary Activities:

1. Inbound Logistics
2. Operations
3. Outbound Logistics
4. Marketing Advertising
5. Customer Services
   

Secondary Activities:

1. Human Resources Management
2. Procurement
3. Firm Infrastructure
4. Technology
