Mini- case positioning Fast Food

The first file and half of the second file are MINI - CASE

and the second file is questions which I want to answers about this case. 

The last file is a form which I want to follow to answer questions. 

I would like to do a homework twice, one for me and another for my friends, so each homework should not be the same answer.
