1.  Paper should be 10-12 pages (excluding the cover page, table of contents, and references), type-written, and double-spaced. You need to search the company (Microsoft) reports, trade Journals, academic publications, books, and other published materials and review the attached Microsoft Case. 

2.  Provide at least ten references. 

3.  American Psychological Association (APA) writing style (manual) required to include citing the references. Remember that the author’s name, the publication's title, the publication date, and the publication name are all required.
