Memo-persona

For this memo, you will be writing from the perspective of a relevant party.  For example, you could write a memo to President Trump as the Director of the EPA (To:  President Donald Trump; From:  John Doe, Director of the EPA; Copy:  Your name, Concerned Citizen).  You will still need to summarize an article (related to your To/From choices) and explain why the person addressed should or shouldn't care.  The news article can be about any topic.
