Should everyone be required to have health insurance, much as drivers are required to have auto insurance?  Should individuals pay more for health insurance if they are higher risk (smokers, drug users/abusers, overweight, etc.) as high risk drivers (younger drivers, multiple past accidents, etc) generally pay more for auto insurance.
