Week 3 Assignment: Master Plan of Evaluation 

                                                                         The purpose of this assignment is to develop a master plan of evaluation for a case study based on a fictional school of nursing's outreach program.   

• Select one case study from the fictional school of nursing outreach programs found in chapters 6, 7, and 9 of the Keating book. 
• Use Table 16.1 in Keating, Chapter 16 (and included below for your reference) to develop a master plan of evaluation.
• Complete and submit the template.
