A 2-3 page paper that does not have to be APA format. Need asap I have the assignment attached. 

Instructions: Take a few moments to sit down or shadow a manager either within your organization at a higher administrative level than you currently or at an organization outside your own. Interview them about management and the organization you are researching. Use the questions below as a guide, but use your own as well. Once complete, compose a 2-3 page paper on leadership and what you have gained in knowledge during this discussing. 

Questions to answer: Why did you pick this individual?  What did you learn in our text that was supported by this manager’s experience? How has this manager shaped your ideas on management? What type of manager do you want to be? 

Questions to ask:

v What is your current position and what do you do?

v How long have you been with this organization and in what different positions?

v Why did you decide to become a manager?

v As a manager, what are the best parts of the job?  What are the worst?

v What advice would you give other managers or those aspiring to be managers one day?

v How do provide feedback to your employees? 

v What are your career goals?
